Let me introduce myself..

My name is Michelle Davies. I’m 46. I live in Middlesbrough with my son, and I’m a well established Personal Trainer who works across the North Yorkshire area (aka: Teesside). I am Level 3 Personal Trainer and Level 3 Nutrition Advisor. You will find my full credentials at the bottom of this page.

I’m a very considerate and understanding person first and foremost. I’ll work with you either on a 1-2-1 basis if you live locally, or provide Online Training plans and Dietary support. I aim to find solutions to any barriers that you face.
