How is anxiety created?

Hi I’m Steve Norton, in a nutshell anxiety is where you try to predict your future through your imagination. When you think about bad consequences and prepare yourself for the worst and you hope that by thinking about the worst you might be able to prevent it from happening.

So anxiety is how condition of the imagination, or your mind movies of the future terrifying. It’s the habitual pattern of thinking that starts to lock a person into a world of overcaution and fear. The more you imagine the worst, the more you conditions or feelings of anxiety in your nervous system.

Yes, you can take drugs to block out your thoughts, but they can just leave you feeling numb. But you can reverse the negative program in just a few weeks with my guidance.
